Established in 1983, Chrysler's Diversity Supplier Development department strives to maintain a qualified minority supply base that is reflective of its customer groups. This program is the catalyst for sourcing business to diverse suppliers. Success takes a team effort and all Chrysler employees and suppliers are accountable for achieving diversity objectives.
